I'd like to tell my personal experience about the time and nightmare that I lived while working on Snapeda.com . I'd call this, signing a pact with the devil, and yes, it was.

They offered me an illegal contract, how illegal? a contract that did not include social security, a contract with a company that was not registered in my country, a contract that was not a contract.

It was a remote job, but they forced you to have good internet, a good computer and they didn't give you anything, they just sent you a t-shirt to make you feel like you were part of the team.

"Flexible" hours, that is, you had to work more than necessary, sometimes I worked up to 14 or 15 hours, to fulfill all the tasks and fix all the issues on the page, issues that existed since the 50's. Although I worked that number of hours, perhaps more than 70 hours per week, was never enough for the CEO.

I left this company with my mind and spirits on the floor. Always stressed, unhappy, overwhelmed and tired. The CEO treats you very badly, for her you are an employee who can be replaced by anyone, someone who only knows how to program a little and humiliates you.

In this company I broke my professional principles, just like I do now. I had to crack some important software, yes SNAPEDA works with illegal software. They never have resources for anything.

I don't recommend working here, it's healthier to work on a gas pipeline.
